Stress

Our bodies are designed to be well. Stress and pressure block our natural flow of energy and we feel bad. Physical and emotional illness results. Scientists and biologists are now suggesting that 95% of all illness is stress based and that this stress comes from within. Our body is our subconscious mind and is stuffed full of beliefs, attitudes and habits set up in early childhood or which came from painful frightening or traumatic experiences. Stress throws us back into subconscious patterns and keeps us frozen in the past. Happily these can be released.

Every symptom whether physical or emotional offers an opportunity for growth and change.

It is possible to get stuck in the stress response if you live with stress for too long and we lose our ability to cope as we used to. Life can become a drain and we worry that it will always be like this.
